Our Tours work on both PC(Windows) & Mac Platforms & require no plug-ins. This means they are available to everybody with an internet connection.

The tours are fully interactive, the viewer can just click on the image at any time & take control, navigating to any where they want. You can zoom into areas of interest or move to another scene with on image hotspot navigation, such as click on a doorway to move to the next room or we can add separate navigation devices.

Navigation: Getting around easily is important to viewers of virtual tours. We offer the greatest range of navigation devices, from our standard drop down lists to graphical navigation such as 2D floorplans; 3D Models as well as Schematic plans.

2D Floor Plans: This 2D interactive floorplan not only allows your buyers to see the layout of the property, but when this is coupled with a virtual tour package you buyers will be able to navigate around the property by clicking on any room

3D Models: A perfect compliment for a Virtual Tour package - The three dimensional model shows a uniquely realistic layout of your house. It is also used as a navigational device for the virtual tour. Click on a room to see inside. Our 3D Models can also contain furniture so that each room is immediately recognizable. Lost? our navigation compass keeps track of where you are on the tour & which direction you are facing.

Guided Tours: This new feature gives the viewer a movie like experience. We provide a scripted tour that takes you on a predetermined route from one scene to another, stopping along the way to look at points of interest. We can also add informative pop up text or sound throughout the tour. Of course the viewer can take control of the tour at anytime to look around & rejoin the tour later when & where they want.

Computer Generated 3D Imaging : Great for selling off the plan. We build a virtual 3D model that is so realistic it's hard to believe the properties are not yet built.
