1920 The three brothers were devoted to their mother & took it apon themselves to provide a new house for her in Toppo before they considered themselves.
Just prior to buying 1 Booth St Annandale, Peter & Tony purchased a site in Yurong St, East Sydney. but before they could settle on the purchase, someone made them an offer they couldn't refuse & sold it. With their newfound gain, they managed to buy the bigger site in Booth St & secure enough finance to build their mothers new house "Glaria".
