Established in 1999. Virtual Tours grew out of an architectural design & construction practice.

As a result, the focus of Virtual Tours has been Real Estate & Project Visualization.

With strong Visual CAD skills behind us we provide our clients with the most up to date Navigation tools available with todays technology.

A Virtual Tours typically consists of a series of Panoramic Photographic images to provide a 360 view of your property. We provide a variety of navigation devices to help guide your visitors through your property.

Many of our clients use a 2D plan as a navigation tool, your visitors can click on a room on the plan to look inside.

Some people however find it difficult to read a 2D plan, so we have developed a 3D Model as your Navigation device. This we believe is the best way to visualise a property without actually being there in person. Your visitors will get an idea of the shape & layout of property, often more quickly & clearly than actually being there.

All our key staff are tertiary trained, with strong Architectural & Design skills, bringing to you a wealth of experience to help present you property in its best light.

In addition to offering great navigation tools, we provide better quality panoramic images.
Most other providers offer only "Cylindrical" panoramas, where the vertical field of view is limited. This means you can only look only so far up & down . At Virtual Tours, we can offer "Spherical" panoramas, in which there is no Restriction to the vertical field of view. This means you can see the ceiling above your head & the floor beneath your feet.
This advantage becomes very apparent when viewing small rooms such as Kitchens & Bathrooms as cylindrical panoramas cut off many of the important features in the room.
